Our Customer Service

Web hosting for a business or just a personal website can be intimidating sometimes.  When choosing a web host, you are never sure how their customer service will be.  At Wide Open, we make sure customer service is priority number one.

When you call us, you will not be greeted with music or an automated system of prompts.  You will either get a friendly voice on the other end or a voicemail system with a chance to leave your message.  If you don’t feel like calling, you can always use our contact form to get ahold of us.

Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4 pm.  If you call after business hours, please leave us a message and we will get in touch with you as soon as we can.
